Legal Automation Specialists play a pivotal role in shaping the future of legal services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Experience with industry-standard platforms such as Relativity and iConect is essential
  • Daily status reports and metrics must be managed effectively for Project Managers
  • Review, breach review, and QC workflows must be created efficiently
  • Performing QA on batches released by team members, identifying error trends, and implementing remedial actions are critical tasks
  • Collaborating with Team Leaders to resolve queries and provide technical guidance to MDR and CIR TLs is vital
  • Developing STRs, targeted searches, layouts, choices, fields, batching, and run analytics for projects requires expertise
  • Monitoring hourly productivity metrics and performing QA on reviewed data is crucial
  • Ensuring quality and productivity of projects is paramount
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 4+ years of eDiscovery experience and 1+ year of experience as APM are mandatory
  • Attorney background with strong technical skills is required
  • Proficiency in Advanced Excel and SharePoint is necessary
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills are essential
  • Flexibility to work in shifts as per project requirements is a must
