Store Operations Manager

Job Description

The Store Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of a retail store. This includes managing inventory, receiving and storing goods, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in store management, preferably in a manufacturing environment, and be familiar with ERP systems and inventory software.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records
  • Oversee receiving and storage operations
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
  • Lead and manage a team of staff members

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, or related field
  • 5-10 years of experience in store or warehouse management
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control and warehouse practices
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and Google Sheets
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Problem-solving and organizational ability
