Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our offline marketing efforts and drive brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Offline Marketing Strategy & Planning:
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive annual offline marketing plan aligned with admission targets and brand positioning.
    • Identify key offline channels, locations, and event formats to maximize reach within target demographics.
    • Create quarterly and monthly activation calendars, timelines, and budgets.
  • Event Management & Execution:
    • Lead the planning, promotion, and execution of events such as open houses, school orientations, community outreach programs, interschool competitions, workshops, and fairs.
    • Ensure seamless coordination across internal teams and event stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the admissions team, creative/content teams, and digital marketing team to ensure effective integration of offline and online efforts.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
    • Track ROI on events and offline channels, measuring metrics such as footfall, lead generation, conversion rates, and brand visibility.
    • Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for optimization.
    Qualifications & Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or a related field. MBA preferred.
    • 4–7 years of experience in offline marketing, preferably in education, events, or community engagement.
    • Proven track record of developing and executing offline campaigns that drive measurable outcomes.
    • Excellent organizational, negotiation, and project management skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and planning tools.

    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
