Immigration and Contracts Specialist

We are seeking a skilled specialist to handle US immigration and contracts. As an expert in the field, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions.

  • Review Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and Purchase Orders (POs), verifying that all requirements are met.
  • Maintain accurate records of sub-contractor and consultant legal documents, ensuring easy access when needed.
  • Negotiate agreements with clients and vendors through direct discussions, focusing on mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Manage the onboarding process for selected consultants, including paperwork and documentation, to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Prepare and file applications for H-1B visas, H4 dependents, and employment authorization documents (EAD), guaranteeing timely submission.
  • Provide offer letters, employment verification letters, and other supporting documents as required, streamlining the hiring process.
  • Maintain Public Access Files for H1B employees and manage contractual employees and services, maintaining transparency.
  • Ensure timely insurance enrollment and submission of immigration documents to USCIS, upholding regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in human resources, preferably in US immigration and contracts, with a proven track record of success.
