Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Building Management System (BMS) professional with expertise in hardware deployment, team management, and technical problem-solving.

As a BMS Engineer/HVAC Engineer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end deployment of hardware, ensuring timely and budget-friendly completion. You will also support the onsite team during installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-end deployment of hardware, prioritizing on-time and budget-friendly completion.
  • Provide technical support to the onsite team during installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting processes.
  • Select hardware for building automation systems, including valves, actuators, sensors, switches, etc.
  • Manage complex BMS projects involving Fire Alarm Systems, Access Control Systems, CCTV Systems, and their integration.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of HVAC systems, motors, pumps, chiller plants, air handling units, and BMS energy efficiency methodologies.
  • Lead electrical infrastructure projects from design to completion, focusing on commercial/office/IT campuses/hotels/hospitals.
  • Develop or review budgets, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and Statements of Work (SOW) for capital expenditure and operational expenditure activities.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and trials of new concepts, techniques, products, or technologies.
  • Oversee a team of electricians, senior electricians, and junior engineers at the installation site.

  • Expertise in installing and commissioning various building automation instruments, including:
  • Pressure switches

  • Immersion sensors

  • BTU meters
  • Temperature and humidity sensors
