Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Commercial Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the commercial department, you will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks, preparing and managing documents, handling communications with clients and vendors, and supporting the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the commercial department with administrative tasks and document management
- Handle communications with clients and vendors
- Support the sales team and manage client relationships
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies
Requirements:
- Proficiency in administrative tasks and document management software
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to coordinate logistics and manage client and vendor relationships
- Experience in supporting sales teams and handling commercial operations
- Knowledge of company policies and procedures
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field is preferred
- Prior experience in a similar role is an asset
