Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients to understand their business goals and objectives.
  • Develop user personas, user journeys, and information architecture to craft exceptional product experiences.
  • Presents research findings to clients and stakeholders.
  • Create wireframes (low-fidelity and high-fidelity) to visualize user journeys during pre-sales and post-sales phases.
  • Guides the development team on user journey implementation.
  • Designs high-quality user interfaces and ensures client approval.
  • Provides design assets to the development team as needed.
  • Evaluates development builds and offers feedback to ensure UX/UI recommendations are implemented.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to think creatively.
  • Confident, organized, humble, patient, soft-spoken, quick learner, and driven to excel.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in UX/UI design for mobile app development projects.
  • Familiarity with human interface guidelines and app development processes.
  • Ability to generate new concepts and help clients innovate.
  • Hands-on experience with Figma and solid understanding of design thinking.
  • Knowledge of Scrum methodologies is advantageous.
