Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in India. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new donor relationships, managing and developing long-term relationships with existing donors, and increasing funds for WWF India.
The ideal candidate will be a graduate/postgraduate/MBA from a recognized university with excellent English communication skills, a high level of performance orientation, and the ability to work in a team. They will also have a strong drive to inspire people and promote the work of WWF India.
Responsibilities include:
- Generating funds for WWF India from individual donors.
- Managing and developing long-term relationships with donors and upgrading them on the donor pyramid.
- Meeting a minimum of 150 prospects per day and presenting the work of WWF India to at least 30 of them.
- Carrying out any other tasks reasonably requested by the organization.
- Attending all training and learning systems and implementing them on the field.
- Ensuring that the right facts are presented to prospects to uplift the brand image of WWF India.
- Helping the Team Leader and Manager maintain a positive team environment and avoid conflicts at work.
Requirements:
- Graduate/Post Graduate/MBA from any recognized university.
- Excellent English communication skills with demonstrated ability to talk and listen to people and build rapport with them.
- Highly performance-oriented and ability to work in a team.
- Energy and drive to inspire people and promote WWF India's work.
- Public speaking skills/BD experience.
- Ability to successfully balance priorities while managing multiple tasks.

Estimated Salary: ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
Location: India.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Sales/Marketing/NGO/Fundraising/Journalism/Banking/Relationship Management.
Good working knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, and MS Excel.
Excellent written and oral communication skills and experience writing and designing donor communications.
High target orientation and ability to deliver in a high-performance and high-pressure environment.
Creative, positive, team player mindset with strong donor/client-servicing skills.
