Client Servicing Manager

We're seeking an experienced Client Servicing Manager to spearhead our influencer marketing efforts. This is a pivotal role where you'll bridge the gap between brands and creators, crafting campaign concepts that align with brand objectives and driving results through strategic execution.

About the Position

As a Client Servicing Manager, you'll be responsible for conceptualizing and executing end-to-end influencer marketing strategies, collaborating with internal teams to optimize performance, and ensuring seamless communication with clients. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with clients while scaling campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create campaign concepts & content ideas tailored to brand goals
  • Develop and execute comprehensive influencer marketing plans
  • Brief creators to deliver high-quality, brand-ready content
  • Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring smooth communication and campaign progress updates
  • Maintain and foster strong client relationships while expanding campaigns
Requirements
  • 1–2 years of experience in Influencer Marketing / Client Servicing
  • In-depth understanding of content, social media, and influencer ecosystems
  • Exceptional communication and relationship management skills
  • Able to think creatively while maintaining execution-focused mindset
