Supply Chain Professional Role

We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Professional to join our team in Engineering - Software & QA. This exciting opportunity will enable you to utilize your expertise and passion for supply chain management.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, updating and evaluating all supplier management related activities from supplier identification, qualification, onboarding, evaluation, development and phase out as per corporate guidelines. They will also monitor and report all KPIs and create MIS reports on a regular basis.

  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of suppliers, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions where necessary.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, colleagues and senior management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication of supplier management strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure that all supplier management activities are compliant with relevant regulations and standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5 years of experience in supply chain management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools such as SAP Business Object, Power Builder, Qlik Sense and Tableau.

You will be responsible for maintaining and updating BU-specific regulations and conducting training courses on Supplier Management methodologies, processes and tools. Additionally, you will support cross-functional network partners and CCMs defined as main BU Division CCM in all questions and processes related to Supplier Evaluation System, qualification and specific BU requirements.
