Cloud Data Engineering Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Data Engineer to design, develop and deploy large-scale data pipelines using Google Cloud Platform (GCP) technologies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud-based data engineering, with experience in designing and implementing scalable data systems. They will be responsible for:

  • Designing and deploying large-scale data pipelines using GCP services such as BigQuery, Cloud Storage, and Cloud Dataproc.
  • Ensuring data quality, integrity, and security throughout the pipeline.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate data into business applications.

Requirements

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 3-7 years of experience in data engineering with a focus on cloud-based technologies.
  • Strong understanding of GCP services, including BigQuery, Cloud Storage, and Cloud Dataproc.
  • Proficiency in Python programming language.
  • Familiarity with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
