Our organization seeks a highly skilled Laboratory Instructor to lead educational sessions and contribute to the development of laboratory content. This role is ideal for professionals with expertise in allied and healthcare fields who are passionate about mentoring students.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting engaging laboratory sessions, preparing and evaluating practical skills, and collaborating with academic faculty to integrate theoretical components into the curriculum. They will also be expected to maintain accurate records, adhere to safety protocols, and ensure that laboratory equipment is properly maintained.

This is an exceptional opportunity for individuals who possess a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field from a recognized institution and have a minimum of two years of experience in a laboratory or clinical setting. A Master's Degree or additional certifications can be beneficial but are not essential. We value prior experience in academic instruction and appreciate candidates who have a strong understanding of curriculum design and delivery.

As our ideal candidate will be working closely with students, they should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to adapt their teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of learners. The selected individual will also be expected to participate in regular professional development activities to enhance their knowledge and skills.
