Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Sales Manager to lead and manage our sales team to achieve targets, drive revenue growth, and expand our customer base. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement national sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and company objectives.
- Manage and lead a team of sales professionals to drive revenue growth and expand customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to ensure a competitive edge in the industry.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successful sales management and achievement of sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
