Business Transformation Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Transformation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and transformation through strategic analysis and process improvement.

With a strong background in business analysis and a passion for process optimization, you will be responsible for leading workshops with cross-functional teams to capture current-state processes and identify opportunities for transformation. Your expertise in data analysis and process mapping will enable you to develop detailed solutions that drive business results.

You will partner with technology teams to translate business requirements into system specifications, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. Additionally, you will support change management initiatives during the rollout of new operating models, helping to ensure a smooth transition for all stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A deep understanding of trade lifecycle processes across asset classes, including Equities, Fixed Income, FX, and OTC Derivatives.
  • Experience in post-trade operations, including trade matching, confirmation, clearing, and settlement.
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as MiFID II, EMIR, Dodd-Frank, and CSDR.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in operational processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
