The company is seeking a skilled and experienced Supply Chain Management Leader to oversee the procurement, logistics, and international trade operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient import of raw materials and export of finished goods.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans for domestic and international suppliers.
2. Identify, evaluate, and onboard global suppliers to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.
3. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and long-term agreements with suppliers to optimize supply chain costs.
4. Ensure supplier compliance with quality, sustainability, and regulatory standards.
5. Monitor market trends, geopolitical risks, and supply disruptions to develop risk mitigation strategies.
6. Oversee the end-to-end import process, ensuring timely customs clearance and cost-effective transportation.
7. Manage all export logistics, ensuring compliance with international trade laws and regulations.
8. Optimize freight and shipping strategies to minimize costs and improve efficiency.
9. Collaborate with finance, production, and sales teams to align supply chain strategies with business objectives.
Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 12+ years in procurement, logistics, and international trade in a manufacturing environment.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in Manufacturing Industry
Skills:
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Expertise in global sourcing, customs regulations, and trade compliance.
• Hands-on experience with ERP and supply chain management software.
• Knowledge of INCOTERMS, trade finance, and international shipping documentation.
