Job Opportunity: Lead Generation and Pay-Per-Call Campaigns

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned affiliate marketing professional to manage our lead generation and pay-per-call campaigns in the US market.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving performance and building long-term partnerships with affiliates. They will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new affiliates promoting through Google Ads & Facebook Ads.

This role requires expertise in designing, executing, and refining affiliate campaigns to achieve maximum performance and ROI. The successful candidate will also monitor affiliate activities, analyze performance metrics, and deliver actionable insights to enhance campaign outcomes.

The affiliate program manager will be expected to uphold industry standards and maintain adherence to program policies.

Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing with a focus on lead generation and pay-per-call campaigns (US market preferred)
  • A history of successfully managing and scaling affiliate programs
  • Proficiency in affiliate tracking platforms like TrackDrive, Ringba, Everflow, Offers18 or similar tools
  • Solid understanding of analytics tools and Excel
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivation with a passion for performance marketing and delivering measurable results
