Senior Financial Lead

The role of a Senior Financial Lead at Ventura India capita Pvt ltd involves being a key finance team member, responsible for the month-end closure, accounting (IFRS), controls, contract life time reviews, review pricing model, analysis reconciliation and producing reports for review by senior management. The position requires significant business partnering requirements, with day-to-day verbal and written communication with both the finance team, and wider business organization to include Sales and Operational leads.
This role will have a substantial impact on the financial health of the company, requiring a confident and outgoing individual who is comfortable building strong relationships and providing both support and challenge to the business leads.
The job responsibilities include:
- Business Partnering with Sales and Operational leads in the Business.
- Producing accurate forecasts of costs and benefits.
- Revenue assurance and associated query resolution.
- Leading the budgeting and forecasting exercise, periodic review of performance against targets and ensuring that the key drivers of variances are explained.
- Supporting the business with necessary management and financial information as part of their growth plans.
- Detailed analysis of resource utilisation, FTE mix, rate card, overheads and other cost ledgers.
- Producing accurate and timely monthly reporting, ensuring accurate representation of the P&L, managing month end closure, reconciliations of Working capital (WIP, DI, Accruals and Prepayments), and maintaining cash flow reconciliations.
- Delivering monthly and ad-hoc reporting as per deadlines / requirements.
- Providing pricing and business case support on need basis.
- Assisting finance team in streamlining existing processes and designing new reports and processes where necessary.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
