Data Engineer Position

We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer to spearhead the design and development of our data infrastructure, driving insights and analytics for slot games. The successful candidate will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing large-scale data pipelines, ensuring high-quality, reliable data for player behavior analysis, game performance, and optimization.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Data Pipeline Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using modern technologies and best practices.
  • Data Quality Assurance: Ensure data quality, reliability, and integrity across multiple game systems and sources.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with game designers, data scientists, and analysts to provide actionable insights for game development and enhancement.
  • ETL Processes: Implement ETL processes and work with structured and unstructured data from game events, including real-time data streaming (Kafka, Kinesis, etc.).
  • Troubleshooting: Monitor and troubleshoot data workflows, resolving data-related issues in a timely manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Programming Languages: Strong experience with SQL, Python, or other data engineering languages.
  • Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS) and data pipeline orchestration tools.
  • Data Modeling: Understanding of data modeling, database design, and performance optimization principles.
  • Communication: Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
