Role Summary:

A visual storyteller with expertise in conceptualizing and crafting compelling designs to communicate brand messages and engage audiences.

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop creative solutions that elevate brand identities, drive business growth, and enhance customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conceptualization & Design: Develop powerful visuals that translate briefs into impactful designs for various mediums, including logos, brand identities, social media creatives, websites, packaging, print collateral, and advertising campaigns.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with strategy, marketing, and technology teams to align design with brand positioning and campaign objectives, ensuring cohesive messaging and effective storytelling.
  • Brand Consistency: Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across multiple platforms for diverse clients, ensuring consistency in visual identity and messaging.
  • Creative Problem-Solving: Bring innovative perspectives and bold ideas to the table while ensuring designs are practical, executable, and meet client goals.
  • Adaptation & Production: Create production-ready files for both digital and print outputs, adapting designs to various formats and requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, campaign, and multi-channel design work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); familiarity with Figma or similar tools is a plus.
  • Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • Ability to balance creativity with strategy and client goals.
  • Strong time management skills; ability to work on multiple projects under deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of digital formats (social media, web) and print production.
  • Motion graphics, video editing, or 3D design knowledge is a plus.
