About the Role

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced digital analytics professional to leverage their expertise in Google Analytics, GA4, GTM, SEO, and other digital tools to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Implement Digital Analytics Strategies: Design and execute comprehensive digital analytics plans to track and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance.
  2. Manage Google Analytics and GA4 Accounts: Set up and optimize Google Analytics and GA4 accounts, including custom reports, dashboards, and goals aligned with business objectives.
  3. Implement Google Tag Manager (GTM): Efficiently track and tag digital properties using GTM.
  4. Conduct In-Depth SEO Analysis: Identify opportunities for improving organic search visibility and website ranking through thorough SEO analysis.
  5. Leverage Data Visualization Tools: Utilize Looker Studio and MS Power BI to create insightful dashboards and reports that inform data-driven decisions.
  6. Manage Google Search and Google Ads Campaigns: Develop and manage Google Search and Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research, bid management, and performance monitoring.
  7. Optimize Website Conversion Rates: Implement advanced tracking techniques and conduct A/B testing to enhance website conversion rates and user experience.
  8. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, web development, and content creation teams to drive digital initiatives and achieve business goals.
  9. Stay Up-to-Date on Industry Trends: Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital analytics and SEO.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in digital analytics, with a focus on Google Analytics, GA4, GTM, SEO, Looker Studio, MS Power BI, Google Search, Google Ads, and tracking/tagging methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI or similar platforms.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO principles, best practices, and tools.
  • Experience managing Google Ads campaigns and optimizing performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Estimated salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year.
