Billing Specialist-US Process

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Billing Specialist to fill this challenging role. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in billing, with a strong background in US process and timing.

The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving and sorting incoming payments, managing account status and balances, issuing and posting receipts and invoices, and updating accounts receivable databases.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and sorting incoming payments with attention to credibility
  • Managing account status and balances, identifying inconsistencies
  • Issuing and posting receipts and invoices as per company standards
  • Updating accounts receivable database with new accounts or missed payments
  • Ensuring clients remain informed on outstanding debts and relevant deadlines

The successful candidate will also be expected to provide solutions to client-specific problems related to billing and write thorough reports on billing activity with clear and reliable data.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Billing Specialist
  • Adherence to laws and best practices in regards to dealing with customers and data
  • Comfortable dealing with numbers and processing financial information
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel) and Google Sheets
  • Proficiency in English
  • Results-driven and patient
  • A high degree of attention to detail and trustworthiness

Salary and Remuneration:

We offer a competitive salary range of INR 500000 to INR 800000 per annum.
