We are seeking a seasoned Ecommerce professional to lead our Marketplace strategy.

Main Responsibilities

  • Marketplace Management: Oversee the entire Amazon account, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with overall Digital strategy.
  • Channel Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive channel strategy that drives sales growth and maximizes customer engagement.
  • Agency Management: Collaborate with external agencies to deliver exceptional results and exceed expectations.

Requirements

  • Commercial Experience: Proven track record of leading commercial teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Amazon Account Management: Extensive experience managing Amazon accounts, including account setup, optimization, and relationship management.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives forward.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Flexible Working: Willingness to work autonomously or as part of a large team, with flexibility to adapt to changing needs.

About the Role

  • Full-Time: This is a permanent, full-time role.
  • UK Remote: The ideal candidate will be based in the North East office or remote in the UK.
  • Salary Range: £50k-£60k per annum, depending on experience.
