Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage daily financial activities, encompassing accounts payable and receivable processing, invoice verification, and expense management to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Contribute to month-end and year-end close processes by reviewing and approving journal entries and reconciliations.
  • Ensure adherence to established accounting policies and procedures to maintain regulatory compliance.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement changes to boost productivity.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members to promote knowledge sharing and skill development.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in a Business Process Management (BPM) or Shared Service Center (SSC) environment.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with expertise in Excel and Word.
  • Experience with accounting software, such as SAP or QuickBooks.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
