Job Title: BIM Expert

We are seeking a skilled BIM Expert to join our team in South Delhi.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting professional training sessions on various BIM software, developing course materials, mentoring trainees, and providing technical support during the training sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct hands-on training sessions on BIM technologies such as Revit, Navisworks, ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud), and Twinmotion.
  2. Develop and maintain training materials, presentations, and practical exercises.
  3. Provide technical support and troubleshoot software-related issues during sessions.
  4. Evaluate trainee performance and provide feedback for improvement.
  5. Mentor and guide trainees throughout the course duration.
  6. Collaborate with other trainers and the management team to improve the training structure and content.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience as a BIM Trainer or in a similar role.
  2. Must hold a B.Arch (Bachelor of Architecture) or B.Tech (Engineering – Civil/Construction) degree.
  3. Strong proficiency in BIM software: Revit, Navisworks, ACC, Twinmotion, Dynamo.
  4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  5. Good technical knowledge in architecture, engineering, or construction workflows.
  6. Ability to provide technical support and solve practical BIM-related issues.
  7. Previous experience in corporate or academic training is an advantage.
  8. Strong team player with a proactive attitude.
