Role Description:

We are looking for a passionate
BIM Trainer
to join our team for a full-time onsite role based in South Delhi. The BIM Trainer will be responsible for conducting professional training sessions on various BIM software, developing course materials, mentoring trainees, and providing technical support during the training sessions. The trainer will also evaluate trainee progress and collaborate with the team to continuously improve the training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct hands-on training sessions on BIM technologies such as Revit, Navisworks, ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud), and Twinmotion.
2. Develop and maintain training materials, presentations, and practical exercises.
3. Provide technical support and troubleshoot software-related issues during sessions.
4. Evaluate trainee performance and provide feedback for improvement.
5. Mentor and guide trainees throughout the course duration.
6. Collaborate with other trainers and the management team to improve the training structure and content.

Qualifications & Experience:

1. Minimum
   2 years of experience
   as a BIM Trainer or in a similar role.
2. Must hold a
   B.Arch (Bachelor of Architecture)
   or
   B.Tech (Engineering – Civil/Construction)
   degree.
3. Strong proficiency in BIM software:
   Revit, Navisworks, ACC, Twinmotion, Dynamo
   .
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
5. Good technical knowledge in architecture, engineering, or construction workflows.
6. Ability to provide technical support and solve practical BIM-related issues.
7. Previous experience in corporate or academic training is an advantage.
8. Strong team player with a proactive attitude.

Salary:

As per industry standards (based on experience and expertise).

This role is
strictly offline
and requires full-time availability in South Delhi.
