Job Title: Luxury Spa Therapist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver a wide range of luxurious spa treatments, including massages, facials, body treatments, and nail services.
  • Assess clients' needs and provide personalized spa recommendations and advice.
  • Maintain a clean and organized spa environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in luxury spa therapies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients' comfort and satisfaction throughout their spa experience.
  • Upsell retail products and promote spa service offerings.
  • Collaborate with other spa therapists and staff to ensure a seamless and enjoyable spa experience for clients.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience as a Luxury Spa Therapist.
  • Diploma or certification in Luxury spa therapy or related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of different luxury spa treatments and techniques.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of professionalism.
  • Ability to adapt to the individual needs and preferences of clients.
  • Proficiency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
