Our Customer Support Specialist Role

 

At our organization, we are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for addressing customer issues, guiding customers on product usage, and working closely with various teams to provide exceptional customer experiences.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Troubleshoot customer issues and conduct root cause analysis.
  • Assist customers in utilizing our products effectively.
  • Manage customer data import/export from production systems.
  • E nsure that customer data is accurately updated in production systems.
  • Handle confidential information according to established guidelines.
  • Contribute to the development of product content for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Generate reports from multiple systems.

 

Our Ideal Candidate:

 

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Computer Science or related field.
  • Have 3+ years of experience in product customer support.
  • Exhibit excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills.
  • Demonstrate analytical capabilities and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Be able to translate business requirements into clear, non-technical terms.
  • Possess strong documentation and communication skills.
  • Display attention to detail and a keen sense of responsibility.
  • Excel in written and verbal communication, as well as customer relationship management.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

  • Experience working with cloud-based products, preferably on AWS.
  • Proficiency in using issue tracking software such as HubSpot, GitLab, JIRA, etc.
  • Familiarity with scripting/programming languages (Python, Java, JavaScript, Perl) for automating repetitive tasks.
  • Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and ability to fetch data efficiently.
