As a Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations, manage shift scheduling, and provide guidance on complex tickets. You will also be responsible for coaching and developing your team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver outstanding support.

**Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the assigned team to deliver high-quality support
  • Manage day-to-day performance and service delivery within the team
  • Collaborate with peer Supervisors to ensure consistency in service delivery across teams
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve support efficiency and effectiveness
  • Provide coaching and feedback to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge

**Qualifications and Skills:*

  • 5+ years of experience in IT support, with at least 1–2 years in a team lead or supervisory role
  • Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and enterprise tools
  • Experience managing day-to-day performance and service delivery within a support team
  • Proven ability to coach, develop, and support frontline staff in a high-volume environment
  • Effective communicator who can lead with clarity, empathy, and accountability

**Work Environment & Shift Expectations:**

  • Must be available to support rotational shifts as part of a global 24x7 model
  • Responsible for leading and developing the assigned team, while aligning with broader team strategy
