Key Responsibilities
  1. Curriculum Development: Design coherent instructions and adhere to international benchmarked standards.
  2. Instructional Strategies: Utilize various teaching techniques and create educational supports to enhance student learning.
  3. Assessment and Reporting: Transact student assessments, record progress, and issue grades and report cards.
  4. Classroom Culture: Create a welcoming classroom environment and integrate Ekya Nava's theme.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or relevant subject area.
  • Experience in teaching IGCSE or international curricula.
  • Good understanding of IGCSE framework, assessment methods, and syllabi.
  • Strategic thinking, collaboration, communication, and leadership skills.
