Job Purpose:
To drive sales growth through strategic partnerships by fostering strong relationships with banking professionals, ensuring effective product placement, and achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
BUILD STRONG WORKING RELATIONSHIPS WITH BANKING STAFF TO GENERATE BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.
Achieve sales targets through effective channel management.
Educate and train banking professionals on products and sales processes.
Ensure smooth customer onboarding by handling documentation and service inquiries.
Identify potential customers from the bank's database and generate leads for products.
Provide regular updates to banking staff on new products and promotions.
Maintain compliance with regulatory guidelines while executing sales.
Conduct customer meetings, explain product benefits, and assist in policy issuance.
Track business performance and prepare reports for management review.
