The HR Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping the organizational culture and ensuring that employees are satisfied with their work environment.

• Recruitment and Onboarding: Develop strategic plans for attracting top talent and create onboarding programs to ensure new hires feel welcome and prepared for success.
• Employee Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by implementing initiatives that promote employee well-being, diversity, and inclusion.
• Performance Management: Design and implement performance management systems that help employees set goals, receive feedback, and develop professionally.
• Conflict Resolution: Handle workplace conflicts and disputes in a fair and impartial manner, ensuring that all parties are heard and resolved.
• Compliance: Ensure that the organization is compliant with relevant employment laws and regulations, including labor codes, equal employment opportunity laws, and workers' compensation.

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in HR management, effective communication skills, and experience in UAE or Gulf countries.
