**Job Overview**We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our collections efforts in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, improving collection efficiency, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective relationship building.

**Key Responsibilities**
  • Manage collections for assigned areas, achieving targets on key performance indicators such as resolution rates, credit costs, and roll rates.
  • Monitor and control non-performing assets (NPAs), ensuring they remain within budget and implementing strategies to minimize their impact.
  • Develop initiatives to increase fee income, reduce vendor payouts, and optimize asset verification processes.
  • Track and manage delinquency levels, focusing on non-starters and high-risk accounts.
  • Ensure timely collections and maintain strong relationships with key clients, while proactively identifying reasons for defaulting customers.
  • Represent the organization in legal and statutory matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Allocate work to field executives, monitor agency performance, and ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Optimize Feet on Street availability, obtain daily updates from collection executives, and conduct detailed account reviews for high-ticket accounts.
  • Maintain compliance with audit and regulatory requirements, as well as company policies and procedures.

**Requirements**
  • Proven track record in collections management, preferably in a similar industry or domain.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and drive business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and laws, including SARFESI and Section 9.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in mentoring and guiding team members.
