Hardware Architect

As a seasoned Hardware Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing and developing cutting-edge hardware systems. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing state-of-the-art hardware systems, considering layout, compliance, EMI-EMC aspects, and regulatory requirements.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality modules and systems on-time.
  • Collaborating with customers to provide innovative solutions to complex use cases.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 12 years of experience in developing hardware systems for energy storage applications.
  • Rich hands-on experience in architecting Power Electronics concepts for hardware systems.
  • Strong design knowledge of Digital circuit design, Analog circuit design, ADC, DACs, OP Amps, Micro-processors, Micro-controllers & DSPs, etc.
  • Knowledge of Regulatory requirements for Li-ion batteries for Energy storage application such as UL9540/UL1973/IEC62619/IEC 60730, etc.
  • Knowledge of PCB layout constraints, Analog Front End circuit design for Li-ion batteries, and simulation tools like P-Spice, Matlab, Mathcad.
  • Experience with FMEA and Root Cause Analysis, working with various Sensing Technologies, and hardware peripherals and communication ckt design.
  • Preferred skills include knowledge of Safety Regulatory standards, Contactors and Relays, and safety-critical features like charge control, thermal control, fault detection, and diagnostics for battery and energy products.
