Job Title: Financial Regulatory Specialist

Main Responsibilities
  • Prepare and file various tax returns, including Estimated Chargeable Income (ECI), Final Tax Returns, GST Returns, Withholding Tax Returns, and Certificate of Residence (COR) applications.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies to resolve tax audits related to GST, income tax, and withholding tax.
Support Services
  • Review corporate secretarial documents, statutory registers, board resolutions, AGM documentation, and compliance filings.
  • Assist with short-form amalgamation of companies in Singapore.
Fund Advisory
  • Analyze tax incentives for fund vehicles and assist clients in availing the same.
  • Prepare and file annual declarations to maintain eligibility for tax incentives.
  • Support tax-incentivized funds in applying for and claiming GST remissions.
Advisory Services
  • Advise clients on international tax matters, corporate structuring, and business advisory needs.
  • Provide regulatory guidance on transactions such as share transfers, mergers, ESOP issuance, and capital gains on foreign asset disposals.
  • Implement advisory solutions in coordination with legal, finance, and compliance teams.
Required Skills
  • Expertise in tax laws and regulations, including Singaporean and Indian taxation.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting requirements.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and tools.
