The role of Location Scheduling Specialist I requires supervision and mentoring. The main responsibility is to maximize field consultants' time with clients while developing trusting relationships with assigned field staff and operations Management.
The incumbent will manage the timeliness of assigned orders and coordinate production schedules for all assigned field staff. Provides exceptional internal and external customer service while establishing efficient schedules for assigned field staff.
Takes complete ownership of the scheduling process. Interacts with clients and brokers daily and follows best practices to meet Service Level Objectives and provide high levels of client satisfaction.
Operates as a vital member of the scheduling services team focused on customer experience, schedule efficiency, and logistics to support assigned field service personnel.
Routinely coordinates with work assignment, ESD management, and field service management. Continually reviews processes for opportunities to leverage technology for efficiency gains which lead to enhanced client experience.
