Global Chemicals and Materials Project Manager Opportunity

Job Overview

Kline & Company seeks a highly skilled and motivated project manager to lead our chemicals and materials global practice within the advisory team. This role focuses on market assessment, market-entry analysis, distribution channels, due diligence, and customer perception globally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide research processes and deliverables
  • Oversee research efforts and write reports
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop study scope, scheduling, budget, and client deliverables
  • Drive staff performance to successful study completion
  • Ensure study content and quality
  • Write and review proprietary study reports
  • Conduct analysis, develop appraisal, and recommendations, and prepare presentations and supporting documentation
  • Present findings to clients
  • Conduct primary interviews to obtain critical insights
  • Support practice growth and development
  • Develop proposals in response to client requests
  • Maintain and develop client relationships

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Requirements
  • At least ten years of experience in consulting in the chemical industry
  • Experience developing, managing, and presenting project results
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multinational team
  • Analytical, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Ability to manage, mentor, and motivate in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus
