SAP EHS Consultant Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP EHS Consultant to join our team at Mano Amiga. As an SAP EHS Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support and guidance on SAP EHS solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and execute assigned new or existing systems software related implementation support activities to ensure timely completion of assigned activities by coordinating with all concerned departments.
  • Responsible for AMS developments planning and ensuring that is moving as per the project plan commitments.
  • Identify system gaps and understand and validate the business requirements wherein systems can support the business process for improving efficiency reliability of the same Further suggest the solutions available to meet such business requirements or bridge system gaps.
  • Design systems such that the KPIs required to monitor business process performance would become available post implementation of projects CRs.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders for project execution and maintain documentation of the same Ensuring all stakeholders are updated about the project updates and project status.
  • Perform system testing before releasing the system for user testing and ensuring closure of all the test issues.
  • Prepare Update user manuals for the support projects and CRs being managed by himher.
  • Conduct end user trainings majorly for upgradation projects and refresher trainings.
  • Ensure that the systems are configured as per the AMS guidelines.
  • Perform the role of internal system SME for the upgradation projects being executed by himher.
  • Ensure that the required AMS related documentation is comprehensive and always updated.
  • Being the first point of contact for any system related issues which are highlighted by the end users.
Requirements:
  • Ability to analyse problems and provide clear recommendations.
  • Able to collaborate with clients and have a strong desire to excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to work independently and can manage own workload with little to no supervision.
  • Able to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to cope with constantly changing priorities.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of the organization and adheres to all organizational standards and maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.
