**A Snapshot of Your Day****:
You will be working as an EHS Office responsible for EHS Communication, Reporting, Training, conducting EHS audits etc for the base location.

**How You’ll Make an Impact****:
(a) Communication:

- Regular meetings with location head / HODs / Supervisors
- Sharing inspirational videos
- Sharing global EHS news and updates
- Sharing Key Performance Indicators of location
- Sharing lessons - relevant to office location
- EHS Knowledge exchanging with Naroda team

**(b) Reporting**:

- Weekly/Monthly/Yearly Key Performance Indicators reporting
- Monthly data sharing regarding hours spent worked/incidents/training hours
- Updating SAP progress to executive team members of location
- Reporting details to global coordinator as and when required
- SESIS reporting for location (Waste / Fire / Energy / Utility etc)
- Data sharing with SIL regarding Covid-19 cases / Vaccination etc
- Data related to training and awareness

**(c) Training & Awareness**:

- New employee orientation & validation
- ISO related training and awareness as required
- Quentic usage trainings
- Fire safety
- Emergency Response Plan trainings
- Mock drills
- Safety action plan
- Health & Hygiene
- Electrical
- STF
- Ergonomics
- Ladder safety - Work at height
- Environmental - Conservation of resources
- Applicable ZH program & building block

**(d) Meetings**:

- Weekly pre-shift meetings
- Monthly all employees meeting
- SAP meetings
- Contractor meeting
- Cross location meetings
- Global EHS meetings

**(e) Self-development**:

- Attending seminars/conferences related to EHS topics
- ISO lead assessors trainings
- Participating in global EHS conferences of organization
- Subscribing relevant chronicles / Magazines

**(f) Audits**:

- Regular location audits for fire / Electrical safety / Server room safety
- HVAC inspections
- STF (Slip, Trip, Fall)
- SWT (Safety walk & Talk) self and leadership
- Occupational audits (Noise / Illumination / Ambient air etc)
- Emergency exits & escape routs
- ISO
14001 / 45001
- Cross location audits
- Legal & other requirement

**(g) Events & celebrations**:

- Various weeks & days related to HSE
- Safety / ZHC week
- Road safety week
- Environment day / Week
- Yoga day / Week
- Competitions & people involvement
- Employees function participation

**(h) Health & Hygiene**:

- Preventive Health check up monitoring with the help of HM team
- First aid / Medical room related activities
- Covid cases supervision through HM team
- HT App usage monitoring
- Vaccination drives and similar activities
- Canteen / Housekeeping / Security staff health monitoring through HM

**(i) Accident investigation and CAPA**:

- Keeping record of near miss incidents and derive CAPA / Lesson learnt slides
- Hazard identification & investigation / CAPA
- Work related incident/Accident investigation/CAPA
- Non-work / Commuting accident monitoring, investigation and reporting
- Property damage/fire related incidents investigation and reporting - 5Why

(j) HSE related legal compliance for the location.
- Firefighting equipment inspection
- To check Maharashtra state legal needs for office - if any
- Occupation health and environment inspections/reporting if any

**What You Bring****:

- Basic qualification: B.sc. / Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering + One year full time or two year part time course in Industrial Safety or Environment Protection
- Added Skills: Internal Auditors course in ISO14001 / ISO45001 / ISO50001
- Experience: 2-5 Years working as Safety coordinator for medium size organization.
- Computer Literacy: M S Office - Word/Excel/Power Point
