Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned SAP S/4HANA expert to lead the implementation of this cutting-edge ERP system. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of production planning and quality management, with a strong track record of delivering successful SAP S/4HANA projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects for clients across Europe.
  • Develop and deliver functional workshops, preparing and presenting business process definitions, functional solution descriptions, and functional design documents.
  • Conduct gap analysis, estimation, and RICEFW sizing.
  • Design and manage variant configurations and collaborate with SAP CPQ teams.
  • Ensure seamless integration with SAP and non-SAP systems through IDoc mappings and interfaces.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong domain expertise in production planning and quality management.
  • In-depth understanding of S/4HANA, master data, demand management, MRP, discrete manufacturing, batch management, and subcontracting processes.
  • Hands-on experience with user-exits, BAPIs, ALE/IDOC, and EDI integrations.
  • Excellent knowledge of MM, SD, FICO, and PM modules.
  • Experience with production resource tools, engineering change management, and shop floor control.
  • Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, and business documentation.
