Job Title: Senior SAP S/4HANA Engineer

Location:
Chennai (Hybrid – 4 days/week from office)

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the
    design, development, customization, and integration
    of SAP S/4HANA solutions aligned with business needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, pain points, and use cases, ensuring user-centric outcomes.
  • Define and maintain
    system architecture and design patterns
    for SAP S/4HANA applications.
  • Develop and maintain
    APIs, microservices, and backend applications
    within SAP S/4HANA environments.
  • Ensure high performance and scalability by continuously
    optimizing code, queries, and processes
    .
  • Implement and monitor
    test strategies, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices
    for SAP projects.
  • Apply
    security best practices
    to safeguard enterprise data, including encryption and compliance measures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and architecture to deliver seamless solutions.
  • Stay updated on
    SAP S/4HANA innovations, upgrades, and emerging technologies
    , incorporating them into solutions.

Skills Required

  • Strong hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA development and integration.
  • Proficiency in
    ABAP/ABAP on HANA
    and related SAP programming tools.
  • Practical proficiency in at least
    two programming languages
    (e.g., Java, Python, ) OR advanced expertise in one.
  • Solid knowledge of
    CI/CD, DevOps practices, and agile methodologies
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    system architecture, APIs, and microservices in enterprise environments
    .

Experience Required

  • 10+ years
    of overall IT experience.
  • 8+ years
    in SAP development, with strong focus on
    S/4HANA
    .
  • Proven experience
    mentoring and guiding teams
    in SAP/software engineering best practices.
