About the Role:

As a skilled data professional, you will leverage cutting-edge data analytics and artificial intelligence technologies to drive business outcomes.

We seek an expert in extracting insights, building predictive models, and developing AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in leveraging data, analytics, and AI to drive organizational success.

  • Data analysis, predictive modeling, and deployment of solutions following CRISP-DM methodologies.
  • Understanding of optimization methodologies including linear/integer/nonlinear programming and heuristics for finding the best solution to the business problem.
  • Experience with business requirements gathering, transforming them into technical plans, data processing, feature engineering, hypothesis testing, and transforming findings into tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactive approach for areas where improvement is needed, like suggesting improvements to existing pipelines.
  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience, including 2+ years of DS/Operations Research experience.
  • Experience in optimization methodologies, including use of various optimization libraries (e.g. CPLEX, Gurobi, ortools, etc.).
  • Strong Python coding skills, including Object-Oriented Programming concepts, using ML libraries, and basic working knowledge of SQL.
Requirements:
  • Experience working in cloud technologies (preferred MS Azure, GCP nice-to-have).
  • Familiarity with theory behind various machine learning concepts.
  • Experience in CRISP-DM projects delivery and with Agile project management (like Scrum, Kanban).
  • Experience with business requirements gathering, transforming them into technical plans, data processing, feature engineering, models evaluation, hypothesis testing, and model deployment.
  • Great communication skills.
Nice to Have:
  • Other programming languages knowledge e.g., SQL, R.
  • Experience working in Spark (PySpark).
  • Experience in working in other IT roles (Data Engineer, AI Engineer, Business Intelligence-related) is welcomed.
