ServiceNow Architect Role

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow architect to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • • Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to determine project requirements and goals.
  • • Develop and present design concepts, plans, and models to clients for approval.
  • • Conduct site surveys and analyze data to determine the best design solutions for a particular location and purpose.
  • • Prepare detailed drawings and specifications.
  • • Stay current with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry trends.
  • • Manage budgets, schedules, and other project-related activities.
  • • Ensure that projects are completed within budget, on time, and to the satisfaction of clients and stakeholders.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Technical Skills:
  • • Proficiency in ServiceNow architecture and implementation.
  • • Strong understanding of IT service management principles.
  • • Experience with configuration, customization, and integration of ServiceNow modules.
  • • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
