**Job Description**

We're seeking an experienced technical professional to lead our software engineering team, delivering scalable solutions for the life sciences industry.

  • Lead, mentor, and support full-stack engineers, fostering technical growth and accountability.
  • Collaborate with product and design teams to plan and deliver new features aligned with business goals.
  • Own project execution from technical design to development, testing, deployment, and post-launch support.
  • Maintain high standards for code quality, performance, and security through architectural guidance and code reviews.
  • Identify and address technical blockers to ensure timely delivery of product milestones.
**Requirements**
  • 5–10 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years as a tech lead.
  • Strong hands-on experience in full-stack development using JavaScript (Node.js, React.js) and Java.
  • Understanding of cloud infrastructure and experience deploying applications on AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB).
  • Deep experience with RESTful APIs, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and test automation.
  • Experience using AI/ML tools to enhance product capabilities or improve development workflows.
  • Experience working in Agile teams (Scrum or Kanban).
  • Exposure to enterprise domains such as supply chain, manufacturing, or life sciences is a plus.
