Senior Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quality Assurance Manager to join our Global Quality Compliance team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement, operate, monitor and maintain Quality Systems that enable efficient operations in compliance with Global Quality Standards and cGMPs.
  • Review and archival of Quality System documents, ensuring timely closure of Quality Management System documents.
  • Participate in investigation, analysis for Complaints and Audit findings, providing batch disposition decisions as per PQC investigation outcomes.
  • Support external audits preparations and respond to audit findings, compiling internal audits responses and follow-ups.
  • Assist in scheduling and preparation of management review meetings, organizing PQC meetings, coordinating CAPA efforts, and interacting with customers for complaint investigations.
  • Handle Change Management System, assisting in authoring, reviewing, and updating quality procedures as applicable.
  • Perform internal audits as per site-specific procedures, handle complaints, mock recalls, recall, and withdrawal of drug products.
Requirements:
  • M.Sc., B.Pharm, or M.Pharm degree
  • At least 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
