Experienced Graphic Designer Trainer Wanted

We are looking for a highly skilled Graphic Design Trainer with expertise in Adobe Photoshop, especially in layering techniques. The role involves providing comprehensive training on graphic design fundamentals and guiding junior designers to achieve their full potential.
Main Responsibilities:- Training Role
- Design and deliver engaging training sessions on Adobe Photoshop, focusing on layering techniques, production workflows, and best practices.
- Create customized training plans, modules, and assessments to cater to the needs of new Graphic Designers.
- Mentor trainees to move from training phase to live production, ensuring they meet the expected quality and speed standards.
- Conduct refresher sessions and skill development workshops for existing team members.
- Managerial Role
- Supervise and manage both senior and junior Graphic Designers, ensuring clear task allocation and smooth workflow.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and work ethics within the team.
- Motivate and mentor team members to achieve their individual and team performance goals.
- Serve as the point of contact between the design team and higher management, sharing progress reports, issues, and feedback regularly.
