Job Title: Lead Graphic Designer Trainer
We are seeking an accomplished Graphic Design Trainer with extensive expertise in Adobe Photoshop, particularly in layering techniques. The role involves training and mentoring junior designers, overseeing senior team members, maintaining high standards within the team, and ensuring quality checks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive training programs on Adobe Photoshop emphasizing layering techniques and production workflows.
- Create customized training plans, modules, and assessments for new Graphic Designers.
- Guide trainees to transition from training phase to live production, guaranteeing they meet expected quality and speed standards.
- Conduct refresher sessions and skill development workshops for existing team members.
Managerial Roles:
- Supervise and manage both senior and junior Graphic Designers, ensuring clear task allocation and smooth workflow.
- Maintain discipline and professionalism within the team by upholding work ethics.
- Motivate and mentor team members to achieve individual and team performance goals.
- Act as the point of contact between the design team and higher management, sharing progress reports, issues, and feedback regularly.
Quality Assurance and TAT Management:
- Perform regular quality audits of design outputs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand standards.
- Provide constructive feedback and corrective guidance to improve the quality of work.
Target Achievement and Monitoring:
- Track individual and team daily/weekly/monthly productivity against defined targets.
- Implement corrective measures and performance improvement plans for underperforming team members.
