We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Global Trade Finance and Lending division in the Corporate Bank. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing different aspects of loan documentation, reviewing loan agreements, and coordinating with internal stakeholders.

Job Description:

  • Manage loan documentation from initiation to closing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Review loan agreements, understanding technical clauses, and initiate new client validation checks (NCA) and KYC-Validity Checks for existing clients.
  • Review waivers, amendments, and extensions, updating the loan, collateral, and limit reservations platform for new maturities.
  • Input collateral details into the loan platform after receiving validation from CRM.
  • Process commitment letters in the loan, collateral, and limit reservations platform.
  • Knowledge of Structured Trade Export Finance (STEF) is an added advantage.
  • Support the Luxembourg team with financing transactions under ECA-covered schemes.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient approval processes.
  • Review loan agreement and insurance documentation.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience in the syndicated loans market, with broad and deep product knowledge.
  • Familiarity with loan agreements, including legal language and LMA standards.
  • Strong proofreading skills for legal credit documents and negotiation skills.
  • Experience working with loan, collateral, and limit reservations platforms.
  • Proficient in MS Office.

  • Ability to work under extreme pressure and tight timelines.
  • Advanced written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong team spirit and ability to establish a network in a diverse environment.

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is ₹3,500,000 - ₹6,000,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
