Designing Intuitive Experiences

The Nuvama Design Team focuses on delivering user-centric experiences across digital platforms. The team supports a wide range of users, including retail customers, partners, and internal teams.

Our goal is to simplify complex financial journeys through thoughtful design and seamless digital interactions.

  • Lead the UX process from research and ideation to prototyping and design execution
  • Design high-fidelity wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and apply insights to refine design solutions
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and key stakeholders for implementation
  • Maintain information architecture and consistent UX patterns across products
  • Present design concepts and iterate based on stakeholder and user feedback
  • Leverage data, research tools, and AI platforms to accelerate workflows
  • Monitor UX metrics and continuously improve design outcomes
  • Stay updated with design trends and contribute to evolving the design strategy

Key Challenges You Will Solve:

  • Drive design-led innovation to improve user adoption and satisfaction
  • Create scalable, personalized UX systems tailored to user behavior and preferences
  • Lead behavioral research across diverse micro-personas
  • Help define motion UX to enhance interactivity and engagement
  • Set up AI-enabled workflows to boost design efficiency

Job Requirements:

  • 2–6 years of professional experience in UX design
  • Strong digital portfolio with end-to-end UX case studies

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, Architecture, or equivalent practical experience
