Job Title: Senior UI UX Designer

We are on the hunt for a skilled UX/UI designer who is passionate about creating exceptional user experiences. As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will have the opportunity to work on innovative products and collaborate with talented founders from around the world.

  • Develop in-depth understanding of client needs and goals.
  • Conduct thorough research and create user personas, user journeys, and information architecture to drive product development.
  • Present findings to clients and guide them through the design process.
  • Create wireframes and high-fidelity designs to bring client visions to life.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless handoffs and successful project outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Confident, organized, humble, patient, soft-spoken, quick learner, and driven individual.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in UX/UI design for mobile app development projects.
  • Understanding of human interface guidelines.
  • Familiarity with app development processes.
  • Ability to think creatively and come up with innovative solutions.
  • Proficiency in Figma and design thinking.
  • Scrum knowledge is a plus.
