Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Senior DMPK Scientist.

  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and executing DMPK studies, with a focus on supporting antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) and monoclonal antibody (mAb) programs from discovery through IND-enabling stages.
  • They will be responsible for quantifying biologics using LC-MS/MS, MSD, and ELISA platforms, and for applying innovative techniques for function-based identification and selection of ADC and mAb lead candidates.
Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Expertise in DMPK principles, including PK/PD, toxicology, and translational sciences.
  • Experience in interpreting complex DMPK data and providing actionable insights to cross-functional project teams.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of bioinformatics tools such as BioPharma Finder, MaxQuant, Spectronaut, and other relevant analytical software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to represent DMPK functions in internal and external meetings.
  • Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional departments to deliver integrated solutions from target validation to IND submission.
  • Accountable for authoring and reviewing SOPs, study protocols, reports, and regulatory documentation to support both GLP and non-GLP studies.
